These terms govern your use of the Lullary website (lullary.com), our products, and any services we offer. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to what's written below. We've tried to keep this in plain language — if anything is unclear, email hello.lullary@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

Lullary is a quiet-luxury baby essentials brand. All purchases are made through lullary.com, processed by Shopify Payments and other approved methods.

2. Eligibility to buy

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours to use.

3. Products & pricing

  • All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
  • Images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen calibration and natural materials.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock — you'll get a full refund within 3 business days.

4. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we email order confirmation. Until then, no contract exists. We may decline an order for any reason — fraud signals, stock issues, or shipping restrictions — and refund you in full.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping times and rates are listed on our Shipping page. Free standard shipping on orders over £60 (international rates apply). We aren't liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns

Our full return policy is at Returns & Refunds. Briefly: 30-day window, prepaid return label, refund to original payment method.

7. Use of our site

You may not:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass our security, scrape product data, or copy our content
  • Resell our products commercially without our written consent
  • Impersonate Lullary or use our branding without permission

8. Intellectual property

All site content — including the Lullary name, logo, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by Lullary or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify it for commercial use without our written permission.

9. User reviews & content

By submitting a review, photo, or comment, you grant Lullary a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, display, and share that content for marketing purposes. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Discounts & promotions

  • One discount code per order unless explicitly stated
  • Codes cannot be applied retroactively
  • Automatic discounts (like BYOB bundle discounts) apply automatically at checkout
  • We reserve the right to end promotions early or modify terms

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are sold "as is" with no implied warranty beyond what's required by law. Always supervise babies and toddlers around any product. Follow age guidelines and care instructions provided. Lullary is not liable for misuse.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lullary's total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is covered in our Privacy Policy. We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and improve your experience.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
