Chapter one — 2023
It started with Mira.
When my daughter was born in the spring of 2023, I spent the first weeks of her life searching. For fabric soft enough for her skin. For brands honest enough about what they were selling. For a single piece I could put on her body and not wonder.
I couldn't find it. So I made it.
The first piece was a swaddle, cut from organic cotton I sourced from a regenerative farm in Portugal, sewn at a kitchen table by a woman named Inês who had three children of her own. It took six tries to get the seam right.

Chapter two — Porto
A small atelier, by name.
Two years later, we still work with Inês. Her workshop has grown — six women now, all mothers — but every Lullary piece still passes through her hands before it ships to yours.
We make in small batches because we'd rather have you wait three weeks than rush a single seam. We don't outsource to mass factories. We don't drop-ship. We don't add a piece to the collection until it has passed our test.
