Refund policy

Our Quiet Returns Promise

Motherhood is full enough already. Returns shouldn't add to it. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back — full refund, no questions, no friction.

What can be returned

  • Unopened items in original packaging
  • Lightly used items (within reason — softness tested by tiny hands is part of the journey)
  • Bundles — full or partial returns accepted
  • Gift purchases — exchange or store credit available

What cannot be returned

  • Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. monogrammed keepsakes)
  • Used pacifiers, teethers, and intimate-contact items (hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello.lullary@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
  3. Pop your item in any sturdy package — original packaging preferred but not required
  4. Drop it at your nearest post office

When you'll see your refund

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing can add an extra 5–10 days depending on your card issuer.

Damaged or wrong items

It happens — rarely, but it happens. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days at hello.lullary@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement immediately. No return needed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original and place a new order. We'll prioritise your replacement to ship same-day where possible.

Late returns

Past 30 days? Email us anyway. We try to make it work case-by-case — store credit usually possible up to 60 days.

EU & UK consumers

Your statutory rights under EU/UK consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) or the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
